TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Radiance Martial Arts. By enrolling as a student or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership & Enrollment

  • Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

  • All students (or guardians) must complete a Waiver of Liability before participating in their first class.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or membership to anyone who violates our school’s code of conduct.

2. Payments & Fees

  • Tuition: Membership fees are due once a month

  • Price Changes: Radiance Martial Arts reserves the right to adjust tuition rates with at least 30 days' notice to active members.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Membership Cancellation: To cancel a membership, you must provide written notice 30 days in advance.

  • Refunds: Tuition payments are non-refundable once the month has begun. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for missed classes; however, make-up classes may be available at the instructor's discretion.

4. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and respectful training environment, all students and spectators agree to:

  • Follow the instructions of the staff at all times.

  • Treat fellow students with respect and avoid malicious contact.

  • Maintain proper hygiene and wear the appropriate uniform (Gi/apparel) as required.

  • Radiance Martial Arts reserves the right to terminate memberships for disruptive or unsafe behavior without a refund.

5. Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to modify class schedules, combine classes, or close for holidays/inclement weather. We will make every effort to notify students of these changes in advance via email or our social media channels.

6. Limitation of Liability

Martial arts is a physical activity. While we prioritize safety, participation involves a risk of injury. By training at Radiance Martial Arts, you acknowledge these risks and agree that the school and its instructors are not liable for injuries sustained during training or on the premises.
